Data Deletion Request Instructions

At VivaNet, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your data from our systems.


Here’s how you can request deletion of your data:

Step 1: Log in to your account

Log in using the account you want to delete.



Step 2: Send a data deletion request

Email us from the same email address linked to your account:

Please include:

• Your full name

• The email address associated with your account

• (Optional) A short reason for your request (not required)



Step 3: What happens next?

After receiving your request:

1. Acknowledgement: You will receive a confirmation within 5 business days.

2. Deletion Process: Within 14 business days, we will delete:

• Your user account

• Linked social media connections (e.g. tokens, account IDs)

• Associated projects or content (if applicable)

• Billing or subscription data (unless we’re legally required to retain it)

3. Confirmation: You will receive a final email when deletion is complete.



Please note:

• Data required for legal or financial compliance (such as invoices) will be retained for the required retention period (typically 7 years).

• Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will no longer have access to the app or any stored data.

• If you connected your account with Meta, Google, or other platforms, those integrations will also be removed.
